Can anyone tell me why my standard phone which only has text & call facility is showing that it is using 2kb internet usage a few times a day ? Shows at all hours of the day / night even though the phone has no way of connecting to the internet

Yes it is an oakcastle F100.

Hi @Tommy1967,

Thank you for confirming. In the user manual for that handset on page 8, it tells you that you can access Data Connection Settings within the handset and how to do so, which implies that it does make some form of data connection.

Have you checked those settings yet?
