International calling tariff and eSim availability

xmarX
Tuning in

Hello!

So, I'm currently using Lebara and am quite satisfied with the bundled 100 mins international calls and 15 GB data for 10 quid. But, I'm a dual sim user and might upgrade to iPhone soon so need to have eSim feature from now on.

Does Virgin have esim for pay-as-you-go plans?

Also, what is the tariff for international calls? is there any bundles I can add for international calls?

Thanks!

Hi xmarX,

Welcome to the community and thank you for posting.

I am afraid we do not offer Pay As You Go plans anymore sorry.

For further information on SIM only deals, please see here

Let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Nat

Ok, I saw a lot of very good plans in the link you sent me. So, for that plans, would there be any eSim option?

What about international calling?

Thank you!

You're welcome.

I am afraid eSIMS are not currently available but if you speak to the sales team on 0800 052 0238, they will be able to offer more information on that.

When you say say international calling, is this for you calling someone outside of the UK or for calls to the UK when travelling?

If you have specific place in mind, we can look in to this for you.

Thanks,

Nat

I was talking about calling someone outside the UK from UK.

Thanks

Thank you.

So, for calling the 'rest of the world', I would have to pay 150p per minute, which is a bit steep.
Are there any additional plans or vouchers I can add to reduce it?

Thanks for the help by the way!

Thank for your reply.

I am afraid we do not have any bolt ons available for international calls sorry 😞

It may be worth taking a look our our partner O2 here

Thanks,
