International call barring

  • Hi, I am in Australia and for some I explicable reason all calls have been barred, even though I have call roaming activated and international barring off on my account. I really need this sorting ASAP as I need to call people while I am here..

Is the spending cap you have applied to your account big enough to allow the charges.

Thanks for the reply. 

The cap was too low, but i did uncapped it. I still can't remove international call barring from the phone.. any ideas?
