My phone has been working for almost 48 hours now with no loss of service - so fingers crossed!
It coincided with me removing the sim to check the serial number and phoning virgin for a third sim card. I thought one of these two things had triggered a re-boot but perhaps it was just a coincidence.
I have just posted as I did not see this. I have been having issues with the new purple sim cards since August. Been told today that signal in my area has issues and if I want a mobile that works I should change providers as it will be two months before the signal is corrected. If you use the check for signal it shows the signal as good. So frustrated and never known a company tell you to go somewhere else
On my second sim starting with 319! Still having to reboot phone to regain a signal after losing it! This has been ongoing for a month now and is starting to wear very thin!! Am looking for a decent deal with other service providers as Vm don't seem to be doing jack sh.. to sort!!
