Hi,
I have had my virgin number for about a year. I have just recently had an issue with trying to phone my wife's number, when I do it tells me I have dialled an incorrect number. I can ring her from my land-line and text her, she can ring me and it all works well.
This is the number I ring for 90% of my phone calls and could cause me considerable problems in the future so I need this issue sorting ASAP.

I am sorry for the issues with your mobile services.
We are aware of this issue, we have a open IT ticket at the moment regarding this. We are hoping for a speedy fix.
Please do use internet calling like WhatsApp while you wait for this to be resolved.
