Incomings Calls state phone is turned off

I am not receiving incoming calls, when i tried to call my phone from another number it rings twice and then says the phone is turned off but it isnt. 

help please

What can I say?  I'm like Clark Kent.  Only I don't wear those glasses that disguise a person's face in no way whatsoever:-)

Jokes aside.  Please continue your membership of our community.  The members have such a fantastic wealth of knowledge and experience.  You'd be surprised (should they arise) how many issues they can help resolve without the need to speak to our team.
