Hi guys,
For last week whenever I receive any mobile call, from numbers in my agenda or new it displays as private number and sometimes the caller can't call me as well. I have went into the phone setting and also changed phones because I thought it was the phone but the same thing happens on the new one.
I have already checked every on the mobile and everything is ok.
Any advice please?

It's happening with all the numbers (my contacts and new numbers). It's an important issue because I can't call back new number.

Thanks for posting and apologies for the calling issue. My colleague has taken a look and they've scheduled a work order to the fault team. Should be fixed for you within 72 hours 🙂
