Incoming calls appear as private numbers

Hi guys,

For the last couple of days whenever I receive any call, from numbers in my agenda or new it displays as private number and sometimes the caller can't call me . I have went into the phone setting and also changed phones because I thought it was the phone but the same thing happens on the new one.

Any advice please?

It's a samsung a6, i had a oneplus 5 , and I switched phones because i thought it was a phone issue.
