Incoming calls and texts

I am not receiving incoming calls or texts. Switch was supposed to be completed on 7 December. Anyone help me please. Tried ringing and keep getting fobbed off!!

Sorry to hear that you are not able to get calls or SMS. If the port was to take place on the 7th and you are still having issues with calls/SMS then there may be an error with the porting process. What had the team advised when you called?

They just keep saying IT will look into it

As it's with IT then we can only wait and allow time for IT to resolve the porting error this usually up to 5-7 days. Apologies.
