Hi,
been waiting for contact today after being told yesterday I would be contacted. Yet nothing
can anybody here help please.
IPhone was lost, reported to virgin who blocked.
phone was found and new sim sent removed from blacklist, yet sim does not work, in about it says network, phone not allowed. New sim sent, same still happening. A payg vodaphone works. Apple have confirmed it is definitely an issue with virgin, no one seems to be able to help. Going around in circles.
payinf for a contract that I cannot use. So frustrating.
