Hi, I have an IMO Go mobile data device. The battery has now stopped charging and I have only had the device since June 2018 and is on a contract. I can't seem to find a replacement battery. I will have to cancel the contract if the device can't be used
Have you previously gone through diagnostics with our customer support team? If a mobile Wifi device develops a fault within warranty, and we're unable to resolve this using normal diagnostics we would need to replace this device.
I have had difficulty in tracking down the right support. Not many people have heard of this device and certainly are unaware of how it is supported. Could you provide me with the contact details of who I should be contacting to get this sorted. The device is currently useless at this moment in time.
