In the Summer I got cold called and sold a Virgin IMO GO Mobile Hub for a fairly reasonable price.
I've been trying it out more recently and like others seem to have the situation where the WiFi signal just disappears and the devices disconnect from it. The WiFi network is not visible and you can't reconnect. It still displays all 3 green lights.
The only option is reboot the IMO GO. With a little luck the device restarts and with several attempts at manually reconnecting the device might reconnect for a while until it happens all over again.
I've tried the Sim in another phone and appears to hold the phone network connection OK, and I'm fairly convinced there's no problem with the phone network in the IMO GO. It's purely the IMO GO's ability to maintain a stable WiFi network.
Is there anyting else I can try, like firmware updates etc before I send it back?
