I left virgin mobile and have migrated the number over to EE, I have just been sent a bill showing I am in credit. as I have stopped my direct debit how will I get paid?

If there is any credit left on your Mobile account, you can get this refunded back into your account.
As we don't deal billing issues on forums unfortunately, I'd advise to contact our team on 0345 600 0789 and our team will get that sorted for you!
