I can't log into my virgin mobile account July 2018

I am unable to log into my mobile account, when I request a reset I get message something wrong with email address,  despite all communications from Virgin going to that email address. When I call they don't seem to understand the problem! How can I gain access to my account.

Nathan B responded to my post 3 weeks ago, but I can't work out how to private message him. I can't log into my mobile account, nor can I reset password!

Sending a private message (pm)

At the top right on the virginmedia community pages, there is a purple bell and purple envelope icon.

Click the purple envelope, this page appears (you can select it instead too) https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage

Click New Message

In the send to field, enter who you are sending to (e.g. Emma_C) and select their entry.

Enter a subject and message body, then send your message.
