I can't get verification code to switch

I am trying to switch to Virgin Media from GOMO, however l cannot receive the verification code to confirm my number is mine. Is there any alternative way to confirm the phone is mine?

Isn't GOMO  Republic of Ireland? If so this is Virgin UK

It does look like GOMO is a Republic of Ireland network so I am afraid we would be unable to assist from here.
