When my contract (4G 2500 mins + 2G) started, I was sent two Sims (I only asked for one). After s few months, I realised that I was being charged for both sims. I spoke to customer services who assured me that I would receive a refund to my bank account. A second call a month later and I was again assured a refund. Several more calls since. The last one I was told that £5 had been credited to my SIM I was using. The was found to be untrue and I am owed £35. There seems no point in ringing customer services again when all I get is lies. If this is not sorted soon I will have no option but to return to EE.
