Hi I am waiting for a replacement Sim card and am anxious to receive this.I am having real problems trying to get through to Virgin on the phone. I have an order number. I am not sure the SIM card has been sent to the right address. Can you help?

Thanks for confirming your details via PM.
The sim card is on its way out to you. This was sent on 13/01 and can take up to 5 working days to be delivered. I can confirm it has been sent to the correct address 🙂
Let us know when you receive it.
