How do I contact virgin about my mobile not working if its not working?

I am not picking ups the network

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your mobile network. We can understand the frustration caused and we want to best help. Just to confirm, how long has this issue been ongoing? Does this occur with multiple devices? Have you also checked the following link regarding this? https://www.virginmedia.com/help/mobile/virgin-mobile-issues

Thanks for that - I checked that but it is not registering any issue in my area.

Are you able to check your mobile network setting as seen here https://www.virginmedia.com/help/mobile/virgin-mobile-issues? If so does the issue persist?

No it started this morning there was a notification that said update your carrier settings or something similar and I just clicked ok but didn't read it properly and pressed that and since then I have not picked up a network??

In this case, please try restarting your phone and let us know if the issue persists. 

If that doesn’t work, you can try adjusting the network settings on your phone manually.

To do this on iPhone:

Go to Settings > Select Carrier> Set the Carrier slider to Green

To do this on Android

Go to Settings >Select Mobile Networks >Tap Network Operators> Tap Automatic Selection
