So on 01/09/2020, I created a virgin mobile account. I made this and brought an iPhone 11 bundle contract and I’m waiting for them to get back with me on my credit check. But when creating my account, I used suggested password, and now my phone doesn’t remember this password. So when I try to login, I am unable to. I tried to reset my password but I don’t have a virgin mobile number, what do I do?
