How can I order a replacement sim card online?

Hi All,

Can I order a replacement Virgin Mobile sim card online?

My sim is jammed in my phone and won't connect.  I have no landline and I'm stuck at home on my own, so I can't call to order a replacement over the phone.

My local Virgin Media store is still 'temporarily closed' due to COVID.

Please help!

I'm a bit of a strange one. I have been a customer with Virgin for years and one day I was offered a sim deal for my mobile. Then came the shut down texts. No sim has ever been sent to me. When I tried to sign into my mobile account it does not recognise me or my email address. So I can't access my mobile account at all. I got the text today that they are shutting me down tomorrow and I am still waiting for this new sim to come.
