How can I order a replacement sim card online?

Hi All,

Can I order a replacement Virgin Mobile sim card online?

My sim is jammed in my phone and won't connect.  I have no landline and I'm stuck at home on my own, so I can't call to order a replacement over the phone.

My local Virgin Media store is still 'temporarily closed' due to COVID.

Please help!

I am really sorry to hear that your phone has gone missing and you need a new SIM, I can appreciate that due to this you're unable to contact us any other way to get this sorted. 

Due to this I am going to send you a personal message and I can arrange a new SIM card from here and ensure the handset is blocked if it's one of ours. 

I'll do this now and I look forward to hearing back from you soon.

Your full name 

Are you the account holder 

Your mobile number 

And the first, third and fifth letter of your memorable word?

I'll also need the address of where the SIM needs to go to and can you confirm if the handset is ours?

I eventually found a number to call and ordered a new sim card that way. It took me ages to find this number. Why is it not more readily available?
