How can I order a replacement SIM card online?

My SIM card has stopped working and I don't have access to a landline currently. How can I order a new SIM card online?

I'm very sorry to hear that you're experiencing some issues with your mobile services recently, and that it appears to be the SIM card. Have you been able to (or are you able to) test it in another handset to ensure it is definitely SIM card related and not handset related?

So just to clarify has the SIM already been tried in another handset?

Also on the device is it stating the SIM has no service?

Yes it's been tried, it's not working. There is no service. It's been like this for a while but I was out of the country so thought that was why.

This issue has been ongoing for a while now, please can you help order a new sim?
