I have not used my virgin sim card for about a year, and I don't want to deal with the idiots at customer services. Why is there not an easy online way to cancel mobile accounts. This would save everyone time and money, and help people with speech impediments. Instead all I can see on this site is a lot of ways to waste money on a rubbish service.
