In all the years I have been with Virgin mobile, I think I have only once been able to connect to a Virgin hotpsot. Your Hotspot map is useless. 99% of the hotspots shown turn out to be BT or some other provider. I'd have thought the whole point of the Virgin Hotspot map was to show Virgin hotspots, not those belonging to other companies where I have to create an account, sign in, and agree to having spying and tracking cookies installed on my phone.
