My dad has Alzheimer’s virgins want help me as I don’t know his passwords he’s in a care home now and they’ve recently took another £142.57 out the bank he lost his SIM card I asked for a replacement but it’s saying network failed I’m already broken hearted without all this

In regards to the new Sim card have you activated it?
