Help virgin mobile

Hello, I will keep this short as possible...

 

I currently have a Mobile Phone Contract with EE. It use too be £35 a month and now it’s nearly £70 a month !! After the VERY poor customer service I was given, I now want too switch over too Virgin Media. I tried getting a contract online and everything seemed too go smoothly, until I received an email asking for more information and I had too click on a button. Done that and this is what the message said ....

 

Unfortunately there’ll be a slight delay processing your order while we make some checks. We’ll be in touch to progress your order.

 

any ideas on how long this will take ?!! Thank you 😊😊
