Get incorrect number message when calling my son on O2

  • Calling my son with correct number get message saying it is incorrect. He is on O2 and not changed number or provider for many years and call regularly. I have been with Virgin with same number for years too. My husband also on Virgin can call him. Dial assist is and has been turned off. Ios 12.5.4 iPhone 6.

Please help

I am sorry for the issues with your mobile services.

 

We are aware of this issue, we have a open IT ticket at the moment regarding this. We are hoping for a speedy fix.

Please do use internet calling like WhatsApp while you wait for this to be resolved.
