Hi

I have found a lost mobile which i registered lost. I guess when i notified you of the lost phone it was blacklisted? Is there a way of getting service back to the phone?

Thank you for your post and welcome to the community. 

If you did report a handset lost we would have blacklisted this. 

We can certainly look into this for you. I have been unable to locate your account from our side. 

What I will do is private message you so we can get some details.
