Hi
I have a few numbers on a Family Plan which is great but for some reason one of my family's numbers has went onto it's own Family Plan so now I have 2 plans.
I've looked through the app etc. for ways of moving this single number out of it's plan and onto the main Family Plan without success.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi TMC1888, thanks for the message. It sound like the numbers are on two different FA numbers, the easiest way to find out if this is the case is to check the online account to see if the online account shows them in the same email, can you confirm when you log in if you have to log into two different email accounts to access all numbers? if this is the case then they would not be able to be moved to the same. ^Chris
