Extremely slow mobile data

I've followed a guide to ensure the apn is set correctly and deleted all apn and reset it. Getting a ping of over 1000ms and speeds of 0.5mbps if I'm lucky

text '789922' with a message of 'ALL'. it will send the onboarding messages again, use a pin of '1234' if it prompts you. this should automatically set the correct APN settings. this was the cause of the issues. Virgin sort your instructions out!
