Extreme difficulty getting proof of usage from Virgin
I have  crack the screen of my non Virgin Handset  I notified insurance company  lifestyle  group barclays they insist of proof of usage  from Virgin proving that The IMIE number was in use on the Virgin network at the time of SCREEN was crack. Promises of emails (6) from the call centre have not materialised for over 2 weeks. The insurance company will not settle the valid claim without Virgin confirming the usage - HELP. I can't spend the rest of my life calling 789 to be fobbed off.
AM CANCELLING MY SIM CONTRACT l HAVE ENOUGH

I believe you need to ask 789/vm for a subject access request
