I have 2 Sims but only 1 phone. Can I buy an extra phone and use and upgrade one of my Sims to 5g?

Hi johnstainthorpe,

Thank you for your post. 

If you do wish to can buy a handset and use one of your SIMs in the new handset you can. 

If you wish to upgrade a SIM contract to 5G you would need to call in via 789/0345 600 0789 and speak with the Retention's team.
