So I got a contract sim in 2019 , bill always paid on time, however I woke up to see no network or nothing, just says emergency calls only. I got in touch and was sent a mew sim out only for the same thing to happen. I cannot do anything except connect to my home WiFi and browse .

How do I activate the new sim when I can’t text off the old one ?, I text READY TO 789678, but oh yeah it’s says emergency calls only .
