Since arriving in Australia my virgin mobile phone has been unable to access any networks - trying to register shows all 3 networks as forbidden. No welcome to Australia message after landing. The 2nd phone on my account, used by other half, has registered and looks to be functioning normally. There are no issues with the phone itself as it works fine when sim changed for a registered local SIM.
Everything worked normally when in UK so can only presume issue with SIM itself- this is registered for use abroad
Any suggestions as to what's the problem and how this might be remedied - have found nothing helpful on virgin website.
