Hello, I recently requested a PAC code through Virgin Media's website as my contract is due to end on the 11th of August however it showed that I would need to pay a early disconnection fee. Therefore, I decided to wait until the 11th to get a PAC code and here I am, I've requested a PAC code and it still shows that I need to pay a early disconnection fee even though it's 1 month before the end date. Should I wait longer or contact customer support?
Also, when I enter the PAC into the new provider's website only dates on the 10th of August and before are available will I be charged if I select the 10th?

If you make your port day in the 11th you would not pay fees

Ah I see, does this mean I should port it exactly it on the 11th of August or later?
