ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

Unable to browse to some.websites when on 4G.  Can browse to them no problem on my home WiFi.

ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

Is the error I get.  It looks like the parental controls are on, even though they are showing as off in my account.

Can someone help me to resolve this please 🙂
