Hi

my direct debit is set to deduct my bill from my bank account on the 29th of every month. A details are on my account but only the tariff part of the bill is taken, the loan part does not. So I get a text message asking me to pay the £13 as the payment is late about a week later. Could it be arranged  that both payments are taken at the same time please. Last months payment still hasn’t been made and there doesn’t seem to be a way to pay it on the website. Just goes onto the tariff.

With your handset loan direct debit you will need to call us on 789 from your mobile. It's free. Or ring us on 0345 6000 789** from any other phone.
