Hello,
I requested a new SIM (to replace the old one that was from before the system change 1.5 years ago) about a month ago. It was supposed to be sent to a friend of mine, but he made a mistake when giving the address, he left the street number out by accident. He checked every surrounding building but didn't find the SIM. After that, I received an automated email that yet another SIM was being delivered to my old, unused address, which I cannot get to. I apologise for the mistake, and would like to ask if it would be possible to send a new SIM (hopefully final one) to the correct address that i can provide?

I am very sorry to hear you have not received the SIM card. We will need to look at getting this cancelled and a new one sent out.
