Delay in Mobile Order

I placed an order for a new Samsung S22 Ultra on 28th March which was due to be delivered on Saturday 23rd. I received an email on Friday informing me of a delay but I have received no update since. 
Given that the PAC will expire in 2 days and that I will also now have to pay another month to my previous supplier, I would appreciate some detail.
