I am executor of my late fathers estate and am obliged to accrue all of his assets for tax assessment. He had three Virgin Mobile top up cards which I know in his later disorientated and confused state he put several tens of pounds on each. Can I obtain a refund from these?
Due to company requirements this isn't something we would usually do with Pay-As-You-Go accounts. The best thing to do would be to speak to our mobile bereavement team on 0800 952 2302 as they will be better placed to discuss options with these cards. Their opening times are Mon - Fri 8am - 8pm and Sat 9am - 5pm.
