Deactivating a SIM I don’t have access to

Hello,

When signing up to virgin media I received a SIM with my TV and broadband package, I had given the SIM to my partner at the time and I’m no longer with him and he is still using it. I was wondering if there is any way to deactivate it if I don’t have access to it to get the code? And receive a replacement SIM?

Thank you for making this post regarding the SIM that is part of your package but has been given to your ex. If you are the named account holder then we can deactivate the SIM and send you a replacement SIM. I shall send you a private message now to clear DPA and assist further with this.
