Deactivate card

Hello,

Me and my partner are currently a bit stuck abroad with no option to got the UK and both of our SIM cards got deactivated due to some changes and new ones being issued so we can not call the helpline (the local tariff works out extremely expensive with the waiting in line). Is there a way to get in touch with a team member who could helps us to redirect the new cards to our friends address who could then post them to us here abroad?

Thanks for posting on our community forums. We can certainly help you order new sim cards and get them sent your friends address if this is what you wish to do.

Your friends can them send them on to your current destination for you.
