When will Virgin accept that purple Sims have all sorts of problems? The only efficient aspect to Virgin currently, is that they are very good at taking our money. I AM PAYING FOR DATA, BUT NOT GETTING ANY DATA!!!

Yes. I've tried many times, and get no response from the text. 3 phone calls to the helpdesk has been a wasted effort. It is definitely the sim. Tried swapping my old white/red SIM with this new purple one between two identical phones, the SIM works only on talk and text, but no data. Loads and loads of complaints about the purple sim. I'm leaving virgin while cooling off period is still valid.
