Data unusable

iPhone SE. Recently changed provider to Virgin and noticed dreadful data transfer on my usual journey routes. Netflix won’t even begin downloading. All browsing seems too slow. Speed tests are very poor. 

could there be a mismatch with my device and the contract?

Who was your previous provider, and what areas/routes are these?

Sorry to hear that you're unable to use your mobile data to your satisfaction when you're travelling.

 

Are the slow speeds occurring in the same areas? If you have the postcode of the areas, are you able to check them here or here for the coverage and to see if there are any outages?
