Data only SIM but no data

I received a new SIM in November for my data only tariff but I'm not currently receiving any mobile data. I didn't do anything to activate the new SIM but as it's used in a tablet & not a phone I obviously didn't receive any kind of activation text. Any assistance would be gratefully received

If the SIM needed activation when you received it, it's a bit late now to do anything with it - the activation period only lasts for 30 days.

Sounds like you need to ring up and request a replacement SIM :-(

HI Mike_GT,

Sorry that you're having some issues with your Data SIM card. 

Did you manage ti speak to the team about this and get a new SIM ordered?
