Data issues

  • My wife had a new sim card sent to her she has put it in her phone but the data doesn't work on it and when go on the virgin app it says can continue turn on your phones data... carnt get through to customer services...thanks..

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

Very sorry that your wife is having issues with data, this isn't good. 

Was the data service working before the new SIM on this phone?

Is data switched on within the settings?

Are you able to follow the steps here to set data up as new, just select the make and model of the handset.
