Data connection

Put upgraded sim in as asked by virgin, no data connection, done as asked by customer services, still no joy, help!

Thanks for all help getting me reconnected to data with new sim, but now new problem! People that I phone complain of a terrible noise 'like roadworks or jackhammer' on their end, my end clear. I left 3 because if these problems, everything was perfect until this upgraded sim, wish I hadn't bothered putting it in.
