Hello, I understand a few other people have had this issue with data roaming not working abroad, and that Virgin have to do something on their end to get it working.
I have already tried resetting VPNs and Wifi settings, and Roaming is on in all areas but it still does not work.
A few people also mentioned older sims not working as well as the new purple ones, whereas mine is white.
Any idea on how I can get virgin to do their thing and reset my roaming to work?

Did you call us before you left the UK ?
I was in Spain
I've attatched some screenshots, the R appeared denoting I was roaming, but the 4g symbols never appears.
I did not call, was I meant to? Other people on Virgin had no trouble connecting to 4g via Roaming.
