My phone says I have good signal and says 4G in the corner at the top but when I try to open apps or pages in my browser, they don't load and say I'm not connected to the internet. The virgin media app also says that there is no mobile number connected to my account although when I log in through my internet browser it does come up with my connected number. I'm nowhere near running out of data and I've tried resetting my network settings, turning my phone on and off again and nothing's helped. I'm able to use my phone to make calls and send texts so I don't know what the issue could be.
