Credit check

Hello, just wondering how long a credit check takes to go through. I applied for a new mobile with virgin last night 10/05/2020, and just wondering how long it takes for me to find out, thanks

So I’ve not passed it if I haven’t received an email saying that it’s on its way

I hate to say it the order system is a shambles. People are left for days, sometimes weeks not knowing what is happening. Forget any idea of getting an email about what is going on and a call to Customer Services is often unfruitful.

Next to not being able to log in to your online account it must be the biggest complaint on here. 

Not helpful, I know, but not hearing does not mean you are not accepted.

Virgin uses Equifax for its credit check, not Experian.

The reason a search by Virgin didn’t show up on your Experian credit report is because Virgin uses Equifax.
